The Notice of Intended Marriage
Before you get married you need to complete a notice of intended marriage form at least 1 month (but not more than 18 months) before your wedding. You can complete it if you are overseas and plan to get married in Australia.
If there is less than 1 month until your wedding, talk to me as you may be able to get married if a prescribed authority approves it.

As your authorised marriage celebrant I will prepare the form.I will need:
- evidence of your date and place of birth (birth certificate or passport)
- identity (driver’s licence or passport)
- proof that a previous marriage has ended

My “job” is to support you, to explain all the legal elements and all the options and resources that I have to offer you, so as to make your wedding celebration truly unique and one that reflects you as a couple. It is your wedding day, so with some good forward planning we can plan a ceremony that is yours to cherish forever and everything that you have hoped for. My Pricing Guide
Well I know when I am shopping for something I want to know how much. So I assume you would want to know how much I charge. As a Registered Marriage Celebrant I play a huge and vital part in your wedding day. There is so much more to a wedding ceremony than just the 30 minutes, or in some cases an hour, spent in front of your assembled family and friends.No matter what size or shape your ceremony will take, I will put the same amount of professionalism and care into your ceremony. On average, I spend a total of 10-15 hours preparing and finalising each wedding.
All My Wedding Packages Include:• The creation of a unique ceremony.• Supply and lodgment of all legal documents relating to solemnising your marriage according to the legal requirements of The Marriage Act 1961.• Assistance as required, with choice of venue or wedding service providers.• Unlimited telephone and email consultations.• Provision of registry signing table, chairs and tablecloth.• A clear and professional presentation using a high quality wireless portable PA system.• Beautifully printed copy of your Wedding Ceremony.• Professional printed Ceremonial Marriage Certificate. • Term payments are an option and may be discussed.
Legal Registry- Style Wedding Ceremony $450Perfect for those wanting a legal-only ceremony, where there is of course the two parties of the marriage and two witnesses, and maybe a small number of guests, at my house in Colac on a weekday. This option is NOT available at any other location.
Services provided with this package:• Initial booking meeting at my home office.• Short legal ceremony based from the options from the Victorian State Registry Office, Standard Marriage Service Script. Short and Sweet Wedding Ceremony $650Perfect for those wanting a short ceremony, where there is of course the two parties of the marriage and two witnesses, and maybe a small number of guests, with the venue within the city of Colac.I can give you an estimate of the extra travel costs if your location is not within the city of Colac.
Services provided with this package:• Initial booking meeting at my home office.• Short legal ceremony (Helen’s Short and Sweet Ceremony Wording).• Include your own readings and music choices. Personalised Wedding Ceremony with the Lot (more choices…) $850 plus travel costs
Services provided with this package:• The creation of a personalised ceremony that is everything you want it to be, one that reflects your personalities, your relationship, and your hopes for the future together. • Provision of my comprehensive Ceremony Booklet to choose your selections from.• Provision of all my detailed research and information for vows, ring exchange, ceremony rituals, readings, poems, blessings and music.• Loan of Ceremony Books if required.• Meetings in my home or at a mutually convenient location.• Includes your love story written into the ceremony if you wish• As many drafts necessary to come to final scripting of ceremony.• On site rehearsal (Optional but highly recommended)• Wedding Ceremony at your chosen location (I can give you an estimate of the travel costs).

My Client Service Agreement
I can email or send via private message my Client Service Agreement with Schedule of Fees: it states clear consistent boundaries and it gives protection for both parties.
Offering Marriage Certificate
The Victorian Births Deaths and Marriages has recently implemented a new online system for Registered Marriage Celebrants called RIO (Registry Information Online). This new online system is the only way for me to register a marriage.
I now also have the ability to order the official marriage certificate for a couple when I submit their solemnised marriage online. This will save my married couples perhaps months in the waiting game.And also saves them having to provide any identification if they order one themselves.I must order and pay for the certificate at the time I submit the marriage to the RIO. I can give you the current cost at the time.
